It's time for another cake and this one is for my daughter who is celebrating her 11th birthday on the 11/11! We are planning to do a Hello Kitty Castle cake to go with the party supplies she picked out. Her party is Friday, so have all week to work on it. I plan to cover the cake in fondant and match as best I can to the style of the plates and napkins. DD will help with the prep work, and probably with baking the cakes. She is a good assistant, and will probably come up with a few decorating ideas that I haven't thought of!
